Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?
-Yes, we ship worldwide. Our international shipping fee is $15 USD. Please note that international shipments are delayed due to COVID-19. It is not uncommon to see shipment times up to 3 months. Please be prepared for delays when placing an international order. We do offer expedited shipping, it is expensive but with a different carrier and much more reliable. Most orders will arrive within on weeks with expedited shipping.

How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?
- During launches please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. For custom mug orders please allow 10 to 15 days for shipping. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?
-Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.

What if my item arrives defective?
-Please email us immediately. All items are inspected prior to being shipped. If an item arrives defective we can ship a replacement.

Are returns allowed? -All items are uniquely made and each item will have slight differences. Returns are allowed if an item arrives defective or is damaged.

Are there customs charges for international orders? -International orders are subject to customs fees. USPS does not provide us with information on which countries charge customs or how much the fees are. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country.

Do you offer custom orders?
-We do offer custom orders on mugs and certain details on earrings. You may choose color of skin hair and mug color.

Do you offer wholesale? -Yes! If you are interested in wholesale pricing for your business, please contact me by email for the application!
Earring and Mug Care

Earrings ​​
- Polymer clay earrings are very durable with the correct care.
-Store in a cool, dry place and avoid getting them wet.
-If dirty they can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth.
-They are very flexible but avoid bending to see flexibility as this can weaken the strength of the earring and over time cause breakage.
-Avoid dropping and storing in places like purses, where your earrings can get scratched.
-If your piece has brass finishing, avoid water and avoid storing your earrings in direct sunlight. Brass will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen, however keeping it shiny is easy by using a jewelry polishing cloth.​​
-Avoid using any chemicals, solvents, perfume, hairspray, and other similar sprays near the earrings

Mugs ​​
- Polymer clay decorated mugs are very delicate but can last a lifetime with the correct care.
-They can resist any temperature.
-Must be hand washed only.
-Avoid scrubbing or scrapping the decorated area.
-Air dry or light towel dry.
